Here is the New Year tailing behind a previous one that's been a turning hail storm. A second decade when I think hard about it, 20 years. Have your past 20 years been meaningful? Have you really lived and not just rolled? If you haven't lost things and people you aren't growing. You don't see you need sadness and pain to find Joy again yet. An old school rapper once said ''if you're not losing friends you're not growing up.'' I may not be where I would like to be right now, but I'm on my way. I hope you are too brothers and sisters. I may be the poorest I've been yet in someways but I'm rich in others. Being a College student does that.
To those who've gone on a different journey I can't yet We'll meet again. I don't know how and I don't know when. Maybe when things'll be wonderful.
